Attorney Robert P. Martin Bupa Insurance Miami

Posted on August 12, 2012

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.

After my wife Jan’s passing the battle now continued with RF&G Insurance and Bupa Health Care of Miami. During this time Belize Health Partners were beginning to put pressure on me to pay the over $200,000 bill for health care services provided for Jan.

My Attorney’s in Belize had become concerned about the lack of documentation from my Attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC about the ongoing legal action against Bupa Insurance Company – Miami, Florida. More requests came forth and Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC failed to produce a single document about the pending case with Bupa Insurance Company.

The case against Bupa was now considered dead. We had no documentation from Attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant to support the fact we had told the Belize Supreme court by documents supplied by Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant that a legal actions had been filed against Bupa Insurance Company in Miami Florida.

Without proof of this case being files I for the most part had no case and using documents supplied to the fact that a case had been filed with the Belize Supreme court left me with now few options other then to continue to ask Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant for supporting documents based on the claimed legal actions against Bupa Insurance Company.

My Attorney in Belize Fred Lumor had exhausted every Legal means without the documents from Attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant to defend my case. Fred Lumor decided that since Attorney Robert P. Martin had not filed the case in Miami against Bupa Insurance we had not case to defend. Further that documents supplied by Attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant had been submitted to the Supreme Court of Belize and we had no supporting documents that we needed to concede the case.

The result for me was a $200,000.00 plus civil Judgement was placed against me by the Supreme Court of Belize for the failure of Bupa Insurance to provide any coverage at all for my wife Jan’s health care. Without actions by my Attorney Robert P. Martin the case was closed.

To this date we have made requests of the partners of Bailey & Wyant without success. Chuck Bailey has been contacted directly asking specific questions of the events that have followed letters from the firm Bailey & Wyant claiming that attorney Bill Thompson had filed actions against Bupa Insurance.

We wait.
